Superb batting by Adam Gilchrist of Australia and Rohit Sharma gave the IPL cricket team,Deccan Chargers a huge score ever in the IPL 2009 of 184 runs.Gilly opened the scoreboard with a bang by hitting 3 fours in the very first over.Gilchrist scored 71 runs in just 45 deliveries which includes 6 fours and five sixes.He was at last out by a brilliant catch by Virat Kohli in the 13th over bowled by the skipper Kevin pietersen.

When the skipper Gilchrist was gone Rohit Sharma started to play aggressively.He took 52 runs in just 30 balls which consists of 1 four and 5 sixes.Deccan Chargers totally hit 12 sixes in their innings which is the highest number of sixes in this IPL.Gibbs and Styris hit 1 six each.Rohit went out in the delivery of Dale Steyn caught by Pietersen.

IPL Bangalore lost the game for just 24 runs in which virat kohli scored a half century and the Icon Player Rahul Dravid scored 48 runs in just 27 deliveries,again proving that he can play all forms of cricket.
